An office building undergoing gradual modernization
Metropolitan is a six-floor office building comprising ca. 4,000 m2 with two underground parking floors and a central reception located on the ground floor. The building is equipped with electrical security systems and connected to a central security panel. The building can be accessed 24/7/365 thanks to magnetic cards. There are two lifts for 7 and 12 people. The offices are equipped with air-conditioning/heating units and windows which can be opened. The building is going through gradual modernization.
