Mlynská bašta project in Košice receives building permit
In the coming weeks will witness the start of construction. A quarter of the total number of 134 apartments has already been booked.
The apartment project Mlynská bašta, which is to grow up in the centre of Košice, on the corner of Továrenská and Štefánikova streets, has received building permission. Mlynská bašta will offer 134 one to four-bedroom apartments. The new building will be built to the energy standard A1, something no other residential project in Košice has yet achieved.
Construction will begin in the coming weeks, according to the scheduled timetable. First of all, the site will be prepared, which will include relaying of utility networks, land clearance and completion of archaeological research probing in the area in front of the cinema Úsmev.
Of the total 134 apartments, an entire quarter are currently reserved.
